Cancellation Policy
We understand that appointments may need to be changed, rescheduled or cancelled from time to time.
We kindly ask for 24-hours notice in these instances, this enables us to give every customer the very best service.
Please arrive on time for your appointment, we fully understand that sometimes we all run late, if you happen to be late for your appointment we may not be able to complete the full service booked, but we will endeavour to work as quickly and as efficiently as possible.
Customer guidelines | COVID19
We ask that you adhere to our safety protocols. We will stagger appointment times so there will be no overcrowding at the reception area. We are following strict government social distance guidelines. Please minimise what you bring along with you. We also ask that all clients arrive alone for their appointments, this helps us insure the safety of both customers and staff.
Please do not attend your appointment if you are feeling sick or presenting with any Covid19 symptoms. Please bear in mind that we operate a strict 24 hour cancellation policy.
Please arrive at the time agreed. Our waiting area and cloakroom will be temporarily closed. We ask that you wait outside until your appointment time, where possible.
Face masks are mandatory for both customers and staff while on the premises. If you arrive without a facemask we can provide you with one at a small surcharge.
All of our team are fully trained to care for our clients in a safe and hygienic manner. Our team know that if they are feeling symptomatic or even unwell that they are required to not be on site. Our team will have the opportunity to temperature check daily and will receive a weekly Covid19 antigen test.
Our team will wear gloves and masks for the entire service and on the salon floor. We demand the highest level of personal hygiene for our team, and hands are washed before and after each client.
Sanitisation / Cleaning
Every surface will be cleaned after each client with appropriate sanitiser and between each appointment. All of our equipment is cleaned in an autoclave(medical grade disinfecting machine) before use, all of our files are single use and will be disposed after use. All equipment is presented to you in a sterile pouch to assure you of its cleanliness.
